Analysing Ring-enhancing Brain Lesions using Artificial Intelligence
From Q3 2024 to Q4 2025, I was a project intern under Dr Lee Hwee Kuan of the A*STAR Bioinformatics Institute (BII). We developed a machine learning model capable of classifying infective & neoplastic brain lesions in immunocompromised patients. This project also served as my capstone project at the School of Science and Technology, Singapore.
Served as the Computing developer in a 3-person team building a robot capable of autonomously gathering and delivering medical supplies. Over two months, I developed custom computer vision models for real-time object detection on a Raspberry Pi.
